If you choose to unsubscribe we will keep your name and email address on a suppression list so we don’t email you again by accident. We hold this data for 5 years. All Telephone calls (both inbound and outbound) and e-mail correspondence are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Telephone call recordings are kept for 3 months and then deleted. By using such communication methods you are consenting to such activities taking place.
