When faced with the upcoming demolition of their current office in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) were on the hunt for a new workspace.
Jane, ICE’s Marketing & Comms Manager was given the challenging task of finding a new workspace. Starting with agents she quickly discovered that a traditional lease was not what the business was looking for.
They needed a workspace that would reflect their business brand. Something that was modern yet had a professional finish. And centrally located for the ease of their clients.
ICE support Civil Engineers to become qualified and further their careers through providing them with resources and information. They are the people who ensure there are capable and knowledgeable individuals to create our roads, schools, hospitals and pretty much everything that make up our day to day lives.
Taking the search down a different route, Jane went back to the reliable old phone book and found Officio’s phone number. ICE and Officio worked together back in 2015. Having built up a strong relationship years ago we’d earnt a place on the preapproved contact list.
