Beginning back in 2001 under the Officebroker brand, Officio is now an experienced and established team of Client Advisors, Directors and Supporting staff. Realising we needed a brand which reflects the efforts and passion of our people, Officio was launched in 2019.
Our team’s approach is the key difference between Officio and ‘typical brokers’. Rather than bombard clients with irrelevant nonsense and endless listings, we fully qualify all our enquiries to find out what our clients really need. Then only show them what’s really worth their time.
We work towards creating positive experiences for our clients and our partners with the aim of developing long term relationships. And this makes us picky. We only work with partners who support our brand ethos and in return we are completely impartial in our placements.
Our Client Advisors genuinely have our clients’ best interest at heart and our service doesn’t stop, even after the move in process. We work with you to ensure a great all round service for as long as our clients need us.
