Workspaces now available through Officio
Here at Officio, we take the timewasting, fluff and nonsense out of finding a new workspace and we are proud of the service we offer both to our clients seeking office space and the office space providers who use our service to fill their space.
There are lots of exciting new workspaces coming to market, and in April 2024 we added over 237,000 sq ft of new flexible workspace in London and key UK locations to our database! The flexible workspace market is growing at a phenomenal rate and the choice of space in terms of style, terms of occupancy and locations is providing end users with bespoke, unique and customisable options more than ever before.
Here are just 3 of the locations in which we have added new workspace options during April.
Flexible office space in Hornsey & Archway
First up, we have two new buildings located in Hornsey & Archway, both offering fully flexible private office space, co working space / passes and meeting rooms. These unique spaces are a real gem of a find for Officio and we are excited to have such interesting spaces to offer to our client base.
The Hornsey location is a series of converted warehouses which have been sensitively renovated and designed, offering stunning high ceilings and natural light within the office spaces. A real bonus to this space is that parking is also available, a rareity in London.
Archway on the other hand has a rooftop terrace, custom built spaces with large windows and is only a 1 minute walk from Archway Station.
Serviced offices & Co-work space in Newcastle
At the other end of the country, in Newcastle Upon Type we have a brand new workspace provider with serviced offices at The Stamp Exchange ideal for high growth businesses.
This building is a thriving hub and community for local businesses and already has some high profile companies located within it. Offices and co-work passes are available on flexible terms to suit your needs and with meeting rooms, event space and an enviable city centre location this is certainly a great option if you are seeking an office space in the North East.
Flex space in Dublin, Ireland
Dublin is a new market for the Officio team and we have already closed a number of deals across Ireland’s capital. Our latest addition provides a cost effective option in an emerging market. If low cost, no frills space in a top location is what you are after then this could be an ideal option for you.
