Discover Another new Officio Client – Officio

After a successful three years in business this fruitful fin-tech company needed somewhere new to spread their wings. The promising enterprise received a great new opportunity and with an injection of funding were looking to move from a six man space to somewhere large enough for around 12 people.

Starting the Journey

Finding the Officio website through a trusty Google search, askofficio.com won over the fin-tech’s Co-founder and he picked up the phone to our approachable team.

The enquiry came through to our Central London Client Advisor Adam Joyce who’s first job was to listen to their story. Getting to know the brand it was clear the team were looking for somewhere smart and stylish where communal space didn’t overpower business.

The Importance of Relationships

Adam has years of experience in the industry and has made a wealth of relationships through the numerous deals he has done with our industry partners. This experience was something that showed immediately to his client.

Adam was a great guide. It was immediately clear that he knew what was out there and he showed us some really great, relevant options. The building owners were all clearly on board with Adam and were very supportive of Officio as a whole.

The Winning Space

After a series of successful viewings, the workspace that sealed the deal for this switched on fin-tech company was St. Magnus House on Lower Thames Street with Landmark. With large windows the workspace is flooded with natural light and amazing views of the river are visible from the desk.

As a business whose service makes life more straightforward – using software to enhance the way information is both shared and presented, the team liked the workspace for its uncomplicated feel. A range of great businesses services are all available on one level, in a simple, chic environment.

Advisor’s View

Adam’s experience with his client was equally positive, ‘It was a pleasure working with this client. It’s always really exciting working with someone new but even more so with this company. The Co-founder took the time to explain about his business, what was important to them and where they might be flexible for the ideal solution. This enabled me to work very efficiently with our partners and subsequently, Officio were more effective in creating the right overall package to suit this business’ needs.

It’s great to hear that the move has gone well and I’m really looking forward to continuing the relationship at the next stage of this company’s development.’

After signing a deal, Officio are always sure to check in on all our clients’ progress. Again, talking to the business’ co-founder, our continued care as a lifelong partner was something they really valued, he commented, ‘following up with a thank you card and notepad was a nice gesture and indicative of Adam’s professionalism. Our conversation ended with the client gladly letting me know, ‘I have already recommended Officio to another business.
